COVID-19 continues to affect businesses globally. For the past 18 months we have experienced both delays and increased costs associated with raw materials and transportation. Polyurethanes and metals are in high demand worldwide and our production schedule depends upon a timely and uninterrupted supply of these raw materials and components. Unfortunately, this demand coincides with significant inflationary cost increases. Until now we have absorbed the increased premiums pertaining to raw material, increased inventory, air freight and surcharges as well as increased internal resources to manage delays. Regrettably, we are no longer able to do so.
Effective September 1, 2021 all items will see an adjustment related to the increased costs associated with the product lines. We see this as a temporary price adjustment, and will adjust accordingly in the future as costs change. This price adjustment is unfortunate but a necessary consequence of the world in which we currently live in. Engineering support will continue to be free of charge to anyone needing applications expertise. BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. will honor the price of all orders currently in production and items quoted within the last 30 days.
Additionally, while we strive to meet quoted and confirmed delivery dates, there is no way to guarantee delivery dates. We have teams dedicated to procuring raw materials and production staff working around the clock to fill your orders. Demand has increased and naturally our lead times have done the same. In order to maintain our focus we will need to continually
update lead times and assess fees associated with requests outside of our standard work process, such as expedites and fixed ship dates.
